Panasonic is launching two new products on the Russian market with nanoe X technology, which has proven its effectiveness in suppressing the activity of coronaviruses (including a new type – SARS-CoV-2). The F-GPT01R portable generator and the Air-e FV-15CSD1 built-in generator will complement the Panasonic nanoe line of high-tech products that help create a comfortable and safe environment around people – at home, in transport, at work and in public spaces.

During the period of the pandemic, the topic of protection from harmful elements, viruses and bacteria has acquired particular importance for Russians. According to a Panasonic survey conducted in September 2021, 54.6% of people are thinking more about hygiene. In personal protection, masks and gloves (68.9%), frequent hand washing (67.1%), vaccinations (58.6%) and sanitizers (43%) are leaders. To create a safe atmosphere at home, air purifiers (25.7%), devices with ionization technology (17.9%), quartz lamps (16.6%), air conditioners with a filter (14.8%) are most often used. At the same time, 51.6% of respondents trust modern technologies in protection against viruses and bacteria.

In 2020, the international research company Texcell confirmed the ability of nanoe X particles (nanoscale electrostatically atomized water particles) to neutralize up to 99.99% of the activity of the new type of coronavirus. Today, products and solutions with nanoe technology create an ecosystem that protects humans.

Portable generator F-GPT01R is made in a thermo glass form factor, powered by a USB Type-C wire from any source – laptop, portable battery, car USB port, etc. Power consumption is only 3.5 watts. A hydroxyl radical generator and a fan are installed inside the device, which blows out air saturated with nanoe particles through special holes in the upper part of the case. Workable area – up to 3 m3.

At the same time, stationary air-e FV-15CSD1 generators, built into ceilings or wall panels, are entering the Russian market to ensure constant cleaning of homes, offices, public spaces, etc. They are characterized by virtually silent operation (23.5 dB) and low power consumption (4 W). The device efficiently processes premises up to 30 sq.m.

The nanoe technology is also being introduced by large car manufacturers. Among them is Jaguar LandRover, which has begun development of a new cabin air purification system based on nanoe X technology. In collaboration with microbiology and virology company Perfectus Biomed, a half-hour laboratory test was carried out in a sealed chamber, which simulated the ventilation of the car in the recirculation mode. As a result, the system based on nanoe X was able to suppress the spread of 97% of viruses and bacteria in a confined space. Today, nanoe modifications are used in the I-Pace electric car and in the Land Rover lineup, these are Discovery Sport, Range Rover Velar and Range Rover Evoque, available in Russia.
