Russia has resumed regular flights with Bulgaria since June 28. Both vaccinated and coronavirus-infected tourists can freely enter the country (if they confirm this fact with a certificate or a positive test carried out 15-180 days before arrival). Please note that the second dose of vaccine must be received at least 14 days prior to travel. All others do a PCR test no later than three days before arrival or 48 hours before they undergo an express test for antigens. Also, Russians will need a national or Schengen visa. It is important that from July 8, all Russians, including those who have completed a full course of vaccination, will have to provide a certificate with a negative PCR test to enter Bulgaria.
